Since the launch of the Ethics & Compliance Program four years ago, Vale has made continuous progress in promoting a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency and responsibility. Reaffirming this commitment, the company has now released the Ethics & Compliance Program Report 2024, consolidating the main advances, indicators and actions implemented over the last year.

The document presents messages from the leadership and details the initiatives aimed at preventing, detecting and responding to misconduct, as well as providing an overview of the Whistleblower Channel, including the main numbers and the measures applied in confirmed cases.
