Annual Satisfaction Survey
Between September 15, 2023, to October 16, 2023, AMS held its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. The participants answered questions about medical care, service channels and their overall satisfaction with the health insurance scheme. This survey is required by the National Health Insurance Regulatory Agency (ANS) and its methodology is standardized. The agency uses the results to calculate each health insurer’s Overall Health Insurance Performance Rating (IDSS) and to learn about factors related to customer satisfaction.
AMS’ survey was carried out over the phone by polling firm IBRC and audited by FJB Gestão Estratégica e Auditoria.

We are always looking for ethical solutions and process improvements.
