    Febriany Eddy

    Febriany Eddy officially became President Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (PT Vale) after her appointment was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, April 29, 2021. Febriany has been with Vale for nearly 14 years and has held important positions within the organization. Previously, Febriany served as Deputy CEO and CFO and of PT Vale.

    Abu Ashar graduated from  Hasanuddin University, Makassar with Master in Management in Economy & Business. Abu has 20 years experience in mining  industries. Appointed as Director of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk at the General Meeting of Shareholders, 5 May 2023.

    Adriansyah Chaniago

    Adriansyah Chaniago graduated from University of Padjajdaran, Indonesia IPMI International Business School with Master in Business Administration. He was appointed as Vice President Director of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk on October 7, 2020. This appointment is in line with the completion of the transaction for the purchase of 20 percent shares by PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum or MIND ID.

    Bernardus Irmanto

    Bernardus Irmanto reappointed as Company’s Director at the Annual GMS dated April 29, 2021. Bernardus Irmanto has been involved in the mining industry for more than 20 years, beginning in the field of information technology (IT). Bernardus Irmanto earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta in 1997, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia in 2002. In addition, in 2016, Bernardus Irmanto completed a global executive MBA program from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) – Anderson School of Management National University of Singapore (NUS).

    Rizky Andhika Putra

    Rizky Andhika Putra currently serves as Executive Staff of Vice Minister Office, Ministry of State Owned Enterprise. Rizky has 10 years of experience in the financial sector. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President - Department Head Wholesale Special Asset Management of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in 2021-2023.

    Muhammad Asril

    Muhammad Asril completed his studies at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. Has 18 years of work experience at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. He started his career as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer Supervisor and currently serves as Deputy Head of Mine.

    Luke Mahony

    Luke Mahony earned a Master of Geomechanics at the University of New South Wales Australia. 21 years of experience in the mining industry. Joined VALE in 2014 in the position of General Manager Resource Development & Long Term Planning. currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer.
