    Vale resumes pellet production in Vargem Grande

    ​Vale informs that it resumed, yesterday, production at the pelletizing plant in Vargem Grande, Nova Lima (MG), halted since February 2019. With a nominal capacity of 7 Mtpy, the plant is expected to produce approximately 4-5 Mtpy in 2021, according to its ramp-up and pellet feed availability.

    Vale reinforces its commitment to the safe and stable resumption of its production capacity.
