Simulado de emergência de barragens em Congonhas (MG)

A Defesa Civil Municipal de Congonhas, com apoio da CSN Mineração, Gerdau e Vale, irá realizar realizará, no dia 16 de abril (domingo), às 10h, o 1º Simulado de Emergência de Barragens da Zona de Autossalvamento (ZAS) das 17 estruturas de contenção de rejeito, sedimento ou água incluídas atualmente no Plano Municipal de Segurança de Barragens (PMSB). Além de cumprir a legislação vigente, o simulado é uma ação preventiva.

Ao todo, estarão diretamente envolvidos 32 bairros do município na atividade. O objetivo é reforçar a cultura de prevenção, e orientar as comunidades, órgãos públicos, empresas e empregados, sobre como agir em uma possível situação real de emergência.

Durante o simulado, todas as pessoas que estejam na Zona de Autossalvamento deverão seguir a rota de fuga mais próxima de sua localização até o ponto de encontro, ambos sinalizados por placas do PMSB, assim que o sistema de alerta sonoro for acionado, indicando o início do simulado.

Haverá 22 pontos de interdição de veículos em vias localizadas na ZAS. Esta é uma medida preventiva, para garantir a execução e realização da montagem e desmontagem da estrutura do exercício de simulado prático, o deslocamento da população pela rota de fuga até o ponto de encontro e evitar que veículos acessem a ZAS. A desmobilização desses bloqueios ocorrerá em até 1 hora após o evento.

Reforçamos que não houve alteração na condição de segurança de nossas barragens, que estão com Declarações de Condições de Estabilidade (DCE) positiva (seguras), sendo monitoradas 24 horas por dia.
